The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer.
General
By ordering on mograbijoux.com you agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions provided herein. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The version of the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on mograbijoux.com the time you place your order. Supplemental agreements are required in written form.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products on the website is a non-binding presentation of our product range.
By clicking the “Place order” button you place a binding order for all the products you added to the shopping cart. Once you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation.
A bindind contract is concluded either upon receipt of this order confirmation or at the very latest upon receipt of the goods.
We reserve the right to withdraw, if an item is not available despite presentation, if your credit card check has not been successfully completed or if there are doubts about your creditworthiness.
If we are unable to execute your order for the reason stated or for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment immediately.

Custom duties and taxes
The prices displayed DO NOT include the statutory Value Added Tax.
Depending on regulations of your country customs duties or taxes (VAT, sales taxes etc) may apply and must be paid by you.
Payment
The acceptable payment method is payment by credit card. The payment will be processed by the payment service provider Robokassa, Public Offer can be found here.
Normally we ship the goods only after receipt of payment.
Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail including the tracking number.
We ship our goods to the countries, listed on Delivery page. Estimated deivery depend on your local post servise. Delivery time may extend on Christmas eve or sufficient change in delivery conditions or government regulations.
Mogra Bijoux assumes all responsibility for the purchase until it has been delivered to the address, listed in the order.
If the customer provides us with a wrong address or name, he/she will be held financially responsible.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment is completed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Your withdrawal is not bound to any legal form. It is sufficient if you return your order.

Once we have received the item, we will refund the purchase price to you using the payment method you used (this may take a few days due to the system). We do not cover the costs for the return shipment.
Non-existing right of revocation (right of withdrawal)
There is no right of revocation (right of withdrawal) for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. Clip Earrings).
Warranty
The legal provisions apply. Please contact us as soon as you notice a defect/ deficiency.
Please keep in mind that the pictures of the products are taken with a digital camera, which can lead to differences in the colors displayed online and in reality. This does not constitute a defect or deficiency of the product.
